We want you to love your Betsey Johnson purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns of unworn merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar sturdy container, ensuring you include the packing slip inside.

• 4.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.
